Poole Maternity Hospital

Around 4,000 babies are delivered by our maternity staff each year, either at home or within the hospital.

Poole Hospital’s maternity service is based at St Mary’s Maternity Hospital, located across the road from the main Poole Hospital site.

Mums-to-be under the care of Poole Maternity Hospital may choose to have their baby at home, or give birth in the hospital’s Haven Birthing Suite or on the labour ward, depending on their clinical needs.
